The Integra-A team performed a comprehensive diagnostic, dismantling, and service of an antenna system, including maintenance of the lifting mechanism and the gearbox system.
During the initial inspection, serious signs of wear and corrosion were identified in key mechanical components, directly impacting the reliability and safe operation of the facility. As a result, a phased dismantling was undertaken, followed by a detailed inspection, cleaning, and condition assessment of each element.
Special attention was paid to the gearbox section, where accumulated corrosion and wear of the gears could lead to jamming or uneven operation of the system. Following the analysis, specific solutions were proposed – restoration of components where possible and replacement of critical elements where necessary.
