10 W HF/50 MHz AUTOMATIC ANTENNA TUNER YAESU FC-80

Description

10 W HF/50 MHz AUTOMATIC ANTENNA TUNER YAESU FC-80

YAESU FC-80 is a compact automatic antenna tuner developed specifically for the FTX-1 Field. It attaches to the rear of the Field Head using the supplied spacer and connects with short BNC and control cables.

The FC-80 is intended for coax-fed 50 Ω antenna systems whose impedance falls within the tuner’s matching range. Using the supplied spacer, it can be combined with either the SBR-52LI battery or the SCF-1 cooling fan, but not both at the same time.

Main advantages

• HF/50 MHz operation at up to 10 W
• mounts directly to the FTX-1 Field Head
• lightweight slim design for field operation
• 16.7–150 Ω matching range on HF
• 25–100 Ω matching range on 50 MHz
• supplied with spacer plus short control/coaxial cables
