YAESU LAN-01 is an optional LAN unit for the DR-2X and DR-2XE digital/analogue repeaters. It adds network functionality for linking multiple repeater sites over WAN/Internet infrastructure.
With the DR-2XE, the unit is used for Multi-Site Repeater Link functions, enabling interconnected repeater sites and extended overall coverage.
